Join Our Team - National Youth Theater Racine

NYT is always looking for qualified theater instructors to teach our classes, camps and direct productions. If you love Jesus, love teaching kids and love theater (in that order) then NYT could be a great place to use your talents and gifts.

Directing: Applicants should be at least 20 years old or have waited one year after graduating from our program to be eligible to apply for a directing role.
Teaching: Students aged 16–19 may teach classes for children aged 4–12. Students aged 20 and older may teach all age groups.

All staff and leaders must pass a background check and agree and adhere to our NYT Staff Code of Conduct.
